  September 4, 2019 - A gorgeous vintage for this wine that's still young but showing very well with food at Agli Amici in Udine. A silky fine texture is accompanied by cool-fruited flavors of black cherry, violets, forest floor and alpine freshness. Finishes crisp and grippy with complex notes of minerals and dark red spices. Lean but juicy and succulent and quite fine. 92+
