  September 7, 2019 - First Rivesaltes. Closer to 30 yr tawny port than madeira with a bit more fruit. Pronounced, complex nose with rancio notes of caramel, candied orange peel. Palate became more 'creamy' after 30-60 minutes. Not sure how to pair... probably not as ideal as madeira with chocolate.
