  September 8, 2019 - Creamy taste and texture with sweet-ish fruit and lemon citrus on the palate. Good texture and mouthfeel but the acidity is on the soft side giving a very slightly flabby impression. It drinks well but is ‘easy’ drinking without the tightness and discipline of many crisper, more elegant Chardonnays. OK with fish in a cream sauce but a bit soft for shellfish. It improved in the glass and developed some slight orange acidity with time. 88+
  After 24h cool storage, the wine was softer but had less character. It came over as really pretty ordinary especially for the price.
