  September 9, 2019 - Dark red, almost purple. Nose of brush, almost floral and faint blueberry. Almost austere but there is a floral whiff and the fruit is pleasing. Palate begins with an abrupt herbal note that is almost medicinal. Drying, and almost meaty on the mid palate. But the finish ends on an elegant red fruited note. It’s a very pleasing second wine and quite a value, too. Very Good.
