In a way surprising that you describe the wine as light and refreshing, because this is usually the powerful Chasselas in Duboux' cellar, but for me it is a very good sign. I haven't tried it yet, but will do it soon.

9/13/19, 10:18 PM - Two interesting things: first we went to his cellar, but it was closed. Then, a very short walk away at the restaurant terrace, when we ordered his wine and spoke with our waiter about it how we had enjoyed the “Plant Robez” the night before at a different restaurant, he introduced us to Blaise Duboux, who was sitting practically next to us. Seems like a nice fellow!

Our experience with Chasselas is limited — but we had six bottles in the prior week. Within that range, we found this one refreshing and light — and very enjoyable!
