September 13, 2019 - Fantastic. Pop and pour. Started out surprisingly restrained with a hint of bitterness. A bit of salty food revealed cassis, metallic notes, and meat. Continued to develop over 2 hours. Beautiful nose. This well stored bottle did not hint at its age. Lots of life left.
Should have decanted the sediment.1,997 views
