  September 14, 2019 - Pretty savoury actually this on both the nose and palette. Some spice. Not really fruit driven particularly for me. Lovely balance. Some background darker red fruits. To me it's more at the lighter meaty end of the spectrum. Richness. Maybe duck or game. Not sous bois like burgundy.
