September 14, 2019 - probably the best greek wine i've ever tasted. There are notes of leather, orange peel, dried cherries coupled with a good amount of tannins and acidity. It creates a wine that feels like a combination of Burgundy Pinot Noir, Barolo, and Italian Sangiovese. Currently delicious but can easily go for 10 more years in my opinion. Would recommend trying 5 years later.
