  September 16, 2019 - This is a truly excellent rose. It is no shrinking violet, but a real proper Provencal rose, like they're meant to be. Not a wine to sip with aestival delicacy on the sunlit afternoon terrace. It's gutsy and food-oriented. Garlic, robust fish dishes, tomatoes: Bouillabaisse with aioli. Barbecued meat even. Strawberries, sour-oranges, vinosity, and a little smoky flick. Great tenacity and body.
