  September 16, 2019 - ‘05 CdPs in general have been very slow coming around. I’d had 2 of this wine several years back which were very closed. This one was more open and very enjoyable. The first glass was good but had somewhat significant fine sediment. We filtered the successive glasses through a paper filter and noticed much improvement. I’ll hold my remaining bottles but there’s no reason not to enjoy one now if you’re so inclined.
