  September 16, 2019 - Day 2 or 3: Totally juicy fruit gum on the nose - yellow and green fruits: lime, peach, along with some honeysuckle and mint. Some tropical maybe melon. With some time in the glass powdered stone and lime pith come out. The palate is super fruit as well with the same spectrum, and it is delicious and juicy and joyous - maybe a touch less acid than I like. More lime comes out towards the finish which is crisp and focused with excellent minerality. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 4.5-5/6, Finish - 5.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1-1.5/2 = 16-17/20.
