    9/18/19, 4:31 PM - Despite the poor vintage i remember this wine was drinking really well on release. Definitely not one for aging though. This is their "drink now" semillon. You want to be buying the 2018 or the newly released 2019 version of this wine right now.

    9/19/19, 3:01 PM - My general rule with Semillon is drink within 12 months or wait 6 years. I generally like my Semillon with over 6 years aging, but don’t mind the occasional young Semillon. I do find from 2-4 years they lose their flavour and can be quite bland. Be patient.
