September 15, 2019 - As stated in earlier notes, this needs a decant. I opened and let sit for about an hour at cellar temp. It probably needs at least 2-3 hours, if you plan on drinking in the short term. Very young and would suggest checking in on this in about another 1 - 2 years. That said, it's a beast - dark and brooding, with some tobacco on the nose. Tannins are not too heavy. Again, it really needs time and grilled meats!
