  September 21, 2019 - This is a big ass gnarly wine that begs for red meat to help cut the tannins. Earthy nose, black licorice and deep dark fruit. It has potential but tasted too young on this night. I would give it 2-3 years minimum and recheck. Good stuff though, just bring a toothbrush!
