  September 22, 2019 - Light vanilla, black cherry, plum and rose notes on the nose. Medium bodied with black cherry upfront with hints of brighter red cherry mixed in. Mid-body is very balanced and open showing darker blackfruits at first, but towards the backside, picks up tart red cherry, light spices, earth and mineral notes that carry through the finish. These crisp notes provide good contrast to the upfront and mid-body fruit. Fruit is already showing well, but this wine has the structure to continue to improve over the next year or two with several years beyond at a high level.
