    9/25/19, 9:44 AM - Have it teed up for this weekend. May I ask how much air you think is appropriate and how much sediment was present? I am thinking I will need to double decant in AM for serving later that evening as I am traveling; curious if you think that may be a non starter.

    9/25/19, 11:29 PM - I don't know how much sediment it had-sorry. Given its size and structure, I think it could certainly stand and benefit from a decant on the morning of.
