September 25, 2019 - Instantly aromatic, with fruity, floral, toasty, and reductive aromas. Becomes slightly spicy. Palate feels round but with balancing acidity. Citrus, mineral, and medium-plus finish. Some of the matchstick comes through on the palate. Still feels young. Takes on size in the glass.
