  September 21, 2019 - If you're looking for truffle and cherry notes, you came to right place. Add in soft, silky textures, polished tannins and a blast of ripe, sweet cherries with licorice and lift in the finish and you get the picture. This is substantially better in bottle than from barrel.

  1/9/20, 5:21 PM - Hanibal... This is the correct note. I am not sure what wine the other note was for, except to say that it was for a second wine, as the text read, "While waiting for the Grand Vin to develop. I have deleted the other note. Thank you for letting me know.
