  September 28, 2019 - Eye: deep red/crimson, much darker than pajama
  Nose: red fruits menthol, new leather
  Palate: darker fruits and earth with medium acid and medium finish
  
  Overall this was lacking a bid in the mid palate and not as deeply structured as the Pajana. Still it was easier to drink today but side by side was a step behind. Enjoy!
