  September 30, 2019 - Black red colour with medium density. Sharp aroma, dry, pepper fresh berries. Overly acidic, unripe berries, green. Not overly pleasant. Fine medium tannin.
  Improved on the second night, deeper colour, similar aroma but smoother black berries, reduced sourness, acidity less of an issue. Still not a great wine to me but certainly better than the first night. Requires a fair bit of decanting to fully appreciate, which I failed to do on night one.
