  September 22, 2019 - Consistent with previous bottles. Medium straw in color, this sparkling wine (60% Pinot Noir/20% Chardonnay/10% Gamay/10% Aligote) showed pear, honey and vanilla on the nose. The mouth feel brought a delicate mousse, tiny, explosive bubbles and well balanced acidity. The finish was medium in length with added brioche undertones. 12% abv.
  
  Purchased for $14US, this is an outstanding qpr. I'm in for more. Enjoyed with Cobb salad tonight.
