October 1, 2019 - Decanted at 5pm, back in the bottle at 6pm, start tasting at 7pm at Bar Purlieu.
My last bottle on 11/1/15 note:
WOTFlight, this was BIG, dark, and deep with stone notes vying with the cassis, blackberry, earth, and cedar. Tannic and long. Wait, decant (we did 17 hours), and wait some more. Next in 2-3 years. 93 on day 2. (8322 views)
Tannins have settled down 2 notches and have 1-2 to go. Otherwise very similar and great with lamb chop and the pork belly skewers!
Good chance I'll save my last for another 3-5 years.3 people found this helpful 12,022 views

10/15/19, 12:48 AM - Personally I would wait at least another 10 years to open the last bottle if you only have one.
