October 4, 2019 - Just about right now. Definitely calmed down from the bitter or tannic taste that I felt it had a few years ago. Now tastes like a Pinot Noir and could actually get suffocated by some stronger tastes. However it does maintain some character, a bit of that blackberry bark and earthy stem taste that I find in Givry. Color is dark for a Pinot, and body is medium to full.
