  August 23, 2019 - The aged Ermitage' iron, dust and smokiness in the nose as well as graphite tobacco, some eucalyptus and medicinal note. Beside 1994 Le Pavillon tonight, this has more liveliness and 'tension'. Complex and intense on the palate with minerals and great elegance. No hurry to drink these.
