  October 4, 2019 - Clear, medium-ruby color. Aromatics of pomegranate & fig, sandalwood, tea leaf & paprika spice, hibiscus and hints of stems. Consistent flavors on the palate along a dense core, adding touches of minerality and with a nice tension of richness and acid. Fine billowy tannins, finishing with juicy and lingering depth. Drinking very well. Needs a little air upon opening. Drink/hold.
