  October 5, 2019 - Pnp; medium ruby-black cherry in colour. Nose of crushed red and black berries with a hint of graphite. On the palate, there are plums and black cherries along with some licorice on its tannic edge. Medium+ bodied with medium finish. Would probably let this sit in the cellar for a bit before trying again.
