  October 6, 2019 - Tasted immediately after opening. Pale straw colour. Not quite the rotten cabbage of AUDUN G’s bottle, but definitely a whiff of sulphur and a fairly uncharacteristic pungency (not unlike the kind I struggle with in some big Rieslings). There’s also a lack of freshness that makes the unusual flavour profile stand out even more. I don’t think there’s anything terribly wrong here, just not my cup of tea (and certainly not something I’d buy again at the price they're demanding).
