  October 7, 2019 - Amber colored, Clean and clear.
  Spoiled banana peel, hot to the nose, burnt sugar, all spice
  Bites on the first sip, medium plus finish. Ton of banana off this.
  Light molasses undertones. A 'mixing' rum for me, although would work well if one were cold and wet, and in need of some instant warmth.
