  October 13, 2019 - Underripe red fruit, organic earth on the nose. Palate is similar to the nose with a thinner mouth feel. Finer tannins are a bit more present than the acid, but the finish is still fairly balanced. Wine is not overly complex, but drinks well and pairs well with food. Wine has a bit more character at cooler temps, Drink slightly cooler around 55F.
