  October 14, 2019 - Faint white flowers with a dash of natural wine funk. Smooth mouthfeel despite the linear, mineral drive which ends in citrus rind notes and a touch of bitterness. Long finish. Resolved, maybe too much so for long aging? Let this warm up a little to get the full expression. Made like a great Chardonnay..
