  October 13, 2019 - Shared at an offline in Greensboro, NC to plenty of acclaim. One guest called it possibly the best Chablis he has ever tasted. While it presents as elegant and refined, it also has a bit of the flintiness or steeliness that I seek in a Chablis--it was not at all flabby. One comment said very fresh, another said a hint of onion skin. I enjoyed it with mussels before we had our main course of smoked brisket.
