  October 18, 2019 - The nose has some oxidative qualities, featuring aromas of paraffin, preserved lemon, peach pit, white peach, mellow white pepper and lime zest. It’s medium-bodied with lush acid that transitions to a bit of Chablis verve sensation on the finish. The palate is also a bit oxidative in quality. Flavors include pear, vanilla, slate, Granny Smith and Fuji apples, honeydew and white peach. This is drinking really nicely at the moment, I like where it’s at right now.
