October 20, 2019 - New bottle tapped with Coravin. Sweet spicey red fruit with wild strawberry and ripe raspberry. Deep and luscious aromas. Lean without being leafy, elegant, focused and feminine. Good fruit with clove spice, bright acidity, low tannin. Wonderful balance and a harmonius finish. Better than last bottle. Drink now and up to 5-6 years.
