  October 29, 2019 - Surprisingly Young in nose. Nose full of fruit and power, Tannins still present but nice and smooth. Typical CS bell pepper nose -on a very nice way. You could breath this the whole night. Very spicy in nose and harmonious in mouth. Very good now, but surely the next 5 years as well.
