  October 14, 2019 - Phenomenal Palo Cortado with such a beautiful array of nutty, smoky, saline, and lightly caramelized flavours on the nose. I could sit and smell this for a long time. The palate's very intense though remarkably light - there's a vein of acidity that keeps it very fresh and adds a lemony brightness to the flavours, and it finishes with impressive length.
