  November 5, 2019 - Decanted at Brennan's in Houston, but since this was the first wine, it didn't have the time it really needed to unwind. All the elements of a classic nebbiolo, perfumy nose, but on the palate a little tart and tannic, with balance that improved dramatically in the hour during which it was consumed. Good but not great, it paired remarkably well with my oysters.

  11/7/19, 3:40 PM - Yeah, you would be surprised how well nebbiolo goes with certain types of seafood, try it with salmon and swordfish, too!
