  November 7, 2019 - Very dark, dense crimson black, dark crimson hue. Dry aroma of sawdust, spice, grilled meat and varnish. Sweet plum, blackberry, some malt, finishes with olive, pepper and aniseed. Full of fruit, good level of fine tannin providing great structure, a little bit grippy but should smooth out in the next coupe of years. Fresh acidity. Great wine, by itself or with food. I bought some 375ml, which is the first small bottle I have bought and I think it is a great idea. Just right for one night.
