  Day 4 and no fruitforwardness nomore. A dusty somewhat bitter note dominates instead. I like it. But I can´t really grade it today. Will be more concentrated for my next bottle.

  Since you are from over there I wanted to ask you something. Do you know anything about a canadian producer called Pearl Morissette? First time, I think, that our national wine store takes in a canadian producer and I'm looking for input. This wine among others "Racines du Ciel Cabernet Franc"

While https://www.cellartracker.com/list.asp?Table=Notes&iUserOverride=0&szSearch=Pearl+Morissette+Cabernet+Franc shows many C.F. TNs, both it & the winery's URL don't show the bottling you mentioned. So, perhaps you might want to send them an e-mail: info@pearlmorissette.com ?
