  November 16, 2019 - Brilliant medium garnet color, with mild aromas of cedar box and spice. Medium bodied flavors of black cherry, blackberry, a little sour cherry cola. Nice acidity, and still some good softening tannin. Really nice wine, on the savory side for the vintage, but a really good wine for richer food darker fowl meat, rabbit, etc.
