  November 17, 2019 - Impenetrable black in colour with a very thin almost clear hue. Aroma of spice, shrubbery, tobacco, coffee, fresh leather. Taste of plum, blackberry, blueberry, butterscotch to finish. Smooth beginning and middle after some extended decanting, Some capsicum or asparagus at the end, not quite eucalyptus. Full body, tannins providing goods stricture but so fine to be almost unnoticeable. Well balanced acidity. Still fresh, full of fruit, but will be smoother in another year or two, nearly there.
