  November 19, 2019 - Chilled to 60°. Initial nose strong pepper sauce, vegetal. Very interesting. After an hour red berries started to come through. Not as peppery on the palate as the nose with acidity at the back of the tongue. Medium high tannins, but still a nice smooth mouth feel. Very enjoyable.
