  November 26, 2019 - Popped and Poured. The wine has a good structure but not ready to drink or requires time in the decanter. The tannins made it tight not releasing its potential. Lots of dark fruit and cassis. Medium-bodied with a pleasant finish. Paired well with Italian Sauage Ravioli. Hold for 2 years.
