  November 26, 2019 - The nose comes off a bit reticent, but suggests there's much more under the hood. It wafts sweet blackberry, dark plum, cassis, Acai, graphite-rich soil, maple syrup and teriyaki sauce. The full body is round and smooth and made precise by a spectacularly flavorful and juicy acid that brings home blackberry, huckleberry, red and black plum, Soba Tsuyu with a finish that edges toward umami. The unique profile does warrant the name. I see this one doing extremely well in 5-10 years as there seems like room for further integration.
