  November 29, 2019 - Pale gold color, and rich texture with ripe aromas and flavors of yellow orchid fruits: spicy apple, poached pear, juicy melon and butter cream, along with some faint hints of mixed citrus and slightly salty minerals. Better with food than without. Residual acid offsets the ripe fruit and provides great balance. Solid finish. An improvement over the 2012 bottling enjoyed back in 2014.
