  November 29, 2019 - This came together quickly (30 min) after the pop and I followed it for about 4 hours, whence it shone the brightest. Dark, inky purple color with a light deposit of sediment and some haze in the body.
  Profound dark currant and blackberry, licorice, leather, and lavender.. nice floral streak. I love the tension and tack to the mouthfeel, while it still has a perfect smoothness as the flavors glide down the gullet. Alcohol nicely in check for such a big and rich profile. Very fine tannins and a long finish. Drink or hold. 5+12+18+8= 93
