  November 30, 2019 - A cracking bottle. Not light and full of lemon, this is proper Champagne that commands, nay demands respect. Some flowery aspects to the nose and on the palate, at least medium bodied full of fruit, this is a serious wine that grabs my attention, it finishes with the slight rasp of bitterness is very attractive. I have tasted many different Champagnes, Bolly IS my favourite, I have enjoyed Krug and now Roederer joins the list. Welcome on board!! lol
