  December 2, 2019 - Full of spices, with a very distinctive rhubarb, mixed peppers (especially Sansho, a Japanese pepper), candied dark fruits/berries. The flavours and the nose keep evolving throughout the night. Not hard edges at all. Good intensity of flavours balanced by refreshing acid. The only let-down is the medium/short finish.
