  December 2, 2019 - From a great looking magnum, this wine came through again. It had a great medium+ intensity nose of lemon, apples, white soil, and vanilla.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was crisp with great richness and length. While not wildly complex, this is textbook Chablis.
  
  I had this open for 8 hours and it consistently got better. It will easily last for years.
