  November 30, 2019 - On the nose you get sweet black cherry, potpourri and freshly filled earth. On the palate you get ripe strawberry, tart cherry and cola. The wine has density on the nose. Aromas of fresh red fruit with a bit of earth on the back. Rim is starting to show some age with a salmon hue. The tannins are still lively and have found a home in the back palate. The tannins don’t dissipate quickly at all. This wine has a long cellar life still left. Great wine!
