  December 13, 2019 - Opens with deep aromas of molasses and black licorice, but with about 90 minutes of air, it started to show higher tones of orange and Christmas spice. Very plush with a blanket of soft tannin. I have no idea when to open our last bottle. It's enjoyable now but will last and last, probably making for a better experience with every year.
